A passionate advocate for ensuring all students align who they are with their future career, Dr. Kevin Fleming is a scholar, edupreneur, disciple of Christ, & philomath. He supports over 35 Career & Technical Education programs as a Dean of Instruction at Norco College (part of Riverside Community College District in Southern California). He also serves as the Principal Investigator for the National Science Foundation's National Center for Supply Chain Automation, and as the Chief Executive Officer of Telos Educational Services (www.TelosES.com). He is a lover of life, music, bacon, & the counter-narrative. Dr. Fleming has teaching and administrative experience within 4-year public, 4-year private, and 2-year institutions. He's an author, facilitator, father, and occasionally a rabble-rouser. Dr. Fleming has experience in student affairs, fundraising/foundations, economic development, academic affairs, professional training, and as college faculty at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Previously, he analyzed industry trends and workforce needs while providing customized geospatial labor market research for the largest public system of high education in the world, the California Community Colleges. Throughout it all, Dr. Fleming travels to provide keynote speeches, strategic planning sessions, and customized animated videos to the international educational community. A true life-long learner and recovering academic elitist, Dr. Fleming has earned two Bachelors of Arts from Loyola Marymount University; a Master of Arts from The Ohio State University, a MBA from the University of Redlands, a Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University, and an industry credential in geographical information systems (GIS). He is a small business owner, a proud eagle scout, has completed five marathons, and won a spelling bee in the third grade.
